Pushing boundaries in every part of my life. I’ve always wondered what half a tonne feels like, and I’m nearly there: 480 kg for 8 reps, with my arms helping as a buffer 😅

Once I can hit 10 reps with my arms down by my sides, I’ll attempt 500 kg. Then never again. I just need to get this silly goal out of the way 😂

But if the people you love never have you around, what is it all worth? Success matters, but so do the moments and memories you create along the way.

With that said, sometimes you do need to work while others sleep to achieve your goals. It is all about finding the right balance.

A little sneak peek into how the CRNO Police Portal works.

As CRNO moves closer to launch, we are proud to have progressed conversations with police constabularies across the UK and begin putting plans into action.

The reception from law enforcement has been incredibly positive, with officers recognising the challenges involved in identifying, tracing and returning stolen luxury watches to their rightful owners.

CRNO has been designed to support police investigations by helping officers identify luxury watches, locate serial numbers, verify ownership records and access intelligence from trusted industry partners, all through a single platform.

Watch crime continues to impact communities across the country, and we believe that meaningful collaboration between law enforcement, retailers, insurers and watch owners is the key to making a real difference.

We would like to thank all of the police forces that have engaged with us so far for their support, feedback and willingness to explore new ways of tackling this growing problem.
