March 21, Shanghai ，London-based sustainable fashion label WEVE2050 unveiled its SS26 collection “Weaving Wind & Light” with a global debut at Zhangyuan.
As the opening event of the “Spring Breeze Garden Soirée” by Shanghai Design Week, this show reimagined a century-old heritage space through fashion, storytelling, and sustainability.
Set against the unique East-meets-West cultural backdrop of Zhangyuan, the collection transforms fashion into a poetic dialogue between light, movement, and memory. From ready-to-wear to accessories, each piece draws inspiration from the elegance of the white magnolia and the symbolism of the Year of the Horse.
Crafted with biodegradable linen, recycled polyester, and zero-waste cutting techniques, the collection reflects a deep commitment to sustainability while celebrating local cultural narratives.
