This necklace was completely my design.

For years, I worked with a supplier I trusted. So when I ordered this piece, I expected it to be exactly what I imagined.

It wasn’t.

Not even close.

The quality, the details… I knew straight away I could never sell it to anyone like that.

So now I’m sitting on thousands of pounds worth of necklaces I’ll never use.

And yes… maybe it looks like I threw money away.

But I’d rather lose money than lose your trust.

So I started all over again with a new supplier.

Because if I wouldn’t proudly wear it myself…

you’ll never see me selling it to you either 🤍

Today, while packing Amy’s order, I had goosebumps reading her message.

She found my story on my website and realised… we were going through something very similar.

She told she was struggling to find work too.

And after reading my story, she finally found the courage to start her own business 🤍

Just like I did with my son’s initial and the birthstone of the month I decided to start over…
