Tickets for the Crystal Grotto Sound Bath will be released to my mailing list first on Wednesday 24th June at 8pm.

Any remaining tickets will be released to the public on Friday 26th June.

Earlier today I went to Elevate - a somatic dance & Breathwork experience in Camden.

I didn’t know what to expect as it’s the first time I’ve done any intentional somatic releasing work. I’ve been curious about it for so long, so when I came across this yesterday I just decided to say YES and push myself out of my comfort zone.

Soooo glad I did - I had stuck emotions come up, with the space to freely feel into them and let them out! And I left feeling expansive, creative, grounded, connected, free, and more in touch with my true expressive self!!!

If you need an excuse to get into your body more, maybe this is it! The freedom to just BE in a safe space with likeminded people with the same intention is just so heart warming and opening and lovely.

Also the oracle card I pulled at the end said “Just say YES” - how bloody aligned.

Thank you and - I can’t believe it was your first event together, it was so well structured and I felt completely safe!💗 can’t wait for the next one 🔥
