Just back from AuroChronos 2026 in Warsaw, and I've been quietly processing it on the flight home.

Three things stuck with me.

First: the Polish watch community is wonderfully, almost formally polite. I was called "sir" so consistently that I started looking over my shoulder for whoever they were actually talking to. Turns out it was me. Lovely.

Second: not once did anyone refer to where Edward Christopher® comes from as "the UK." It was always Great Britain. Every time, without fail. Which is charming — and slightly hilarious — because nobody in Britain actually calls it that. We tend to say "Britain," look a bit awkward, and change the subject.

Third, and most genuinely: the micro-brand founder community is remarkable. Collaborative, generous, openly supportive of each other. People sharing hard-won knowledge, celebrating each other's wins, commiserating over the shared madness of doing this at all. There were one or two unusual personalities in the mix — as there always are — but the overwhelming spirit of the weekend was collegiate and warm.
It reminded me why shows like this matter. Not just for the watches. For the people.

Thank you, Warsaw. It was a privilege. 🇵🇱

What a weekend in Warsaw.

We brought the full family to AuroChronos — the Ripple in Imperial Violet, the Manta in sky blue and forest green, and the Revelare open case back glowing under the lights — and the reception was extraordinary.

These photographs, taken by the brilliant Michał Dziubiński (), capture something we don't always get to see: our watches in the wild, held, admired, and talked about by people who truly love independent watchmaking.

That shot of the Ripple caseback with a custom made rotor (and, highly unusually, with Super-LumiNova)? That's a 9-series Miyota movement. That's the reason we put a sapphire window on the back — because what's inside is worth seeing.

Every watch in these images carries a charitable donation to support children and young people in need. That never changes. Neither does the ambition.

Thank you to the team at at the AuroChronos Watch Festival for having us. And thank you Michał for making our watches look like this...

I genuinely didn't plan to say all of this. But Warsaw does something to you.

If you watch the video, you'll hear the story — the last time I was here, things went sideways in a way I wasn't expecting. Corrupt plain clothes police. Guns. Not a drill.

This weekend I came back, because Edward Christopher® was invited to exhibit at the AuroChronos watch show. And I'm so glad I did. The city is transformed. The watch community here has been extraordinary. Warm, curious, passionate about independent watchmaking in a way that genuinely catches you off guard.

We've picked up a wave of Polish followers this week before the show even opened. Standing here in person, I completely understand why.

Come find us at AuroChronos if you're in Warsaw this weekend. 🇵🇱⌚

Twenty-five watches. Four colours. One number that's yours alone. 🏷️

Every coloured Ripple is now a proper limited edition — individually numbered from 1 of 25 to 25 of 25, engraved on the case back. No reprints, no extra batches. Just 25 chances per colour to own a watch that will never be made again in quite this form.

Your number is already out there. Pre-orders are open now — don't be the person who read this twice.

Imperial Violet coloured watch people are creative, fascinating, and almost certainly plotting something extraordinary. 💜

They also have a hobby that takes approximately four minutes to explain to strangers and is completely worth every second of it.

Purple has been the colour of visionaries throughout history. Turns out that's not a coincidence.

Watch this — and drop your most unusual hobby in the comments. The stranger, the better. We mean that sincerely. 👇

Blossom Pink watch people are joyful, generous, and absolutely the warmest humans in any room. 🩷

They also cry at adverts. At other people's good news. Possibly at particularly moving supermarket displays.

No notes. This is a safe space.

Colour research has a lot to say about pink watch lovers — including why choosing pink is actually one of the most quietly fearless things you can do. Watch this and tell us the last thing that made you cry happy tears. 👇

Rose Red watch people are passionate, magnetic, and completely, gloriously uncontainable. ❤️

They've also definitely made at least one wildly impulsive life decision that turned out to be absolutely, infuriatingly correct.

Colour psychology has been doing its homework. And it had some things to say about red watch lovers that we simply couldn't keep to ourselves.

Watch this — and confess your most impulsive moment in the comments. We won't judge. We'll actually be impressed. 👇🔥

Forest Green coloured watch people are calm, principled, deeply wise — and approximately one bad week away from disappearing to a cottage in the hills forever. 🌿

No shame. Honestly, we get it.

Colour psychology has a lot to say about green watch lovers. And we've said all of it — including the parts about the bread opinions and the complicated relationship with their phones.

Watch this and tell us in the comments: how many houseplants, and how close are you to the commune? 🌱

We never tire of this.

A customer of ours — someone who has already pre-ordered a Ripple — sat down and created his own vision of what a new version could look like. Thanks Joe from the USA. And the result is this...

All black. Utterly striking.

It got us thinking.

The Ripple was designed to be a dopamine dress watch — something that sparks joy the moment you glance at your wrist. But what if we took that same iconic concentric dial and built it in something completely different? A new material. A new mood.

We want to hear from you.

✅ Would you buy a version like this?
✅ What material would you choose — PVD black, brushed steel, titanium, bronze, DLC coating?
✅ What would make it yours?

The Ripple is already limited. Any future version would be more so.

This is your chance to shape what comes next — and to own something that also supports children and young people in need around the world.

Tell us in the comments. We're genuinely all ears. 👇

The first of many. And it's a good one. 💜

We want to show you exactly what happens when you buy an Edward Christopher® watch.

That's $36 — automatically donated to Kidscape, a charity dedicated to helping bullied children get their lives back. Triggered by a single order for a Ripple Special Edition in Violet. The very first to come through under our new giving model, where every order — without exception — generates a meaningful charitable contribution. Automatically. Always.

does extraordinary work. They help children who are being bullied right now — giving them the tools, support and protection to reclaim their confidence and their future. It's exactly the kind of cause Edward Christopher® was built to support.

Because this brand is named after two brave British men — Edward and Christopher — who each saved a child's life. That's not a tagline. That's our foundation. And this is what it looks like in practice.

Beautiful watches, hand-designed from scratch. A mission that means it — with every single order.

This is only the beginning. 👇
