Available now, this unique ref.130 is the only time-only with sub seconds example of the ref.130 known. To make it even more special, it is the only ref.130 of any type known with a grand feu enamel dial. This gorgeous dial features oversized telephone numerals as is double stamped with “Union” for the original retailer of this important piece, Union Suiza in Barcelona. One of the earliest ref.130 ever made, this stunning piece has such personality and sits with real presence on the wrist. The white enamel dial and oversized numerals really open up the watch and make it feel large and substantial on the wrist, along with the large 20mm lug gauge. Available now, this extremely rare Patek Philippe Metronome is a pocket watch like no other. With another example sitting in pride of place in the Patek Philippe Museum, the metronome is one of the rarest complications released by the brand and one of the only horological pieces released with no time keeping functionality. The beautiful grand feu enamel features a musical score, something only seen on this reference. It is divided into 20 sections to allow a musician to keep time whilst playing. This fresh to the market example, one of just a few known, is preserved in truly impressive condition, with the enamel dial featuring no hairline cracks and the piece functioning perfectly mechanically. This superb condition Patek Philippe ref.5130/1R-001 is available now; a fantastic full set example complete with its original box and papers. The 39.5mm Calatrava form case hugs the wrist perfectly, whilst the impressively constructed rose gold bracelet catches the light with every movement of the wrist. Not only is the reference one of the most beautiful world-time complications out there, it is also one of the most intuitive to operate, with one able to select from 24 cities time zones at the click of a button positioned at 10 o’clock. This fine example features a wonderful chocolate brown, guilloche dial with rose gold applied indexes and rose gold hands. The chocolate dial provides the perfect contrast to the silvered world time dial and 24hrs ring, whilst it also highlights the warmth of the rose gold case, indexes and hands. A look back at this outstanding Patek Philippe ref.8, the largest example ever known. With its large cushion shaped case, preserved in excellent condition, with its wide lug gauge and beautiful open design, guilloche dial with gothic engraved enamelled numerals, this piece sits with serious stature on the wrist. This very rare 1919 Vacheron Constantin early women’s wristwatch features a platinum three part case with bassine back and snap on bezel. The centre case is incorporated into the original Platinum handmade bracelet. It also features a beautiful guilloché engine turned dial with engraved enamelled breguet numerals providing a point of contrast. This very rare 1943 Patek Philippe ref.1477R ‘pink on pink’, for which exceedingly few examples are known, features a gorgeous slim profile case design. The 18kt rose gold, two part Wenger case hugs the wrist perfectly. Though it is similar in size to a ref.96, the curved shapely lugs with domed end pieces, provide significantly more span, whilst following the natural curve of the wrist. The result is a beautiful, very rare dress watch that feels exciting but refined in its design ex*****on and is so very comfortable to wear. This Patek Philippe ref.2431 features a large sculptural case with oversized ‘flame’ lugs. This iconic Emile Vichet case design has a real fluidity too, giving the impression that the lugs were twisted from molten gold. They seamlessly extend into the case band, resulting in a very impactful but harmonious case design. One of the finest examples of the reference, this piece has a very strong case with two strong hallmarks. The stern Frères engraved enamel dial is a delight and even the crystal is beautifully formed. Aside the great design and size of the 2431, and the excellent condition of this example, the 2431 is also highly sought after due to its great rarity, with very few examples of the reference known. This particular example is made even rarer as it is a 2nd series example featuring the calibre 12-400, for which only a small handful are known. This stunningly sculptural Patek Philippe ref.507 features two tone Rose and White gold hooded lugs and an angular stepped case edge, in a case design that is just so very attractive. An extremely rare reference, this fine example was wonderfully well preserved by its original owner and as such remains a full set, complete with its original box, papers and the most marvellous original bracelet. This handsome piece, now with a great new home, is such an exciting piece to behold and looks great on the wrist. We’ll post more insights on this special pieces history and pictures soon
