We are looking for a new Production Manager.
The London Art Works has made fine jewellery for over forty years — design through to delivery, start to finish under one roof, for some of the finest names in British jewellery. We are looking for a Production Manager who will take ownership of planning and managing commissions and stock production from initial brief to completion.
Ownership is the word. You'll be responsible for the schedule, costings, supplier and outworker relationships, and the standard. You will report directly to the Managing Director, with no layers in between, and have the authority to run production as it should be.
What that means for the right person: platinum and high jewellery work, one-off commissions alongside stock, a workshop that has invested in its people and its plant, and a business with a clear direction of travel. This is a role you can grow into and grow with.
Hatton Garden, London. Full-time, on site.
£60,000+ dependent on experience, plus management package.
33 days' holiday, private healthcare and employer pension contributions.

Production management experience within jewellery manufacturing is essential. This is a management role, not a bench role.
