Available to purchase in the Gem Shop on our website this 9.25ct Green Beryl is full of potential as a bespoke piece.

When faced with a loose gemstone people often ask, 'What would you do with it?' The video has some answers to that question.

🔸️The first step is always to consider the heart of the stone. What is its character, what does it say?

🔸️The next, equally important, step is to ask of the recipient. What does this piece of jewellery signify, what is the heart of it?

After these two steps the rest of the journey to a certain extant takes care of itself!

All available and all in 18ct gold! We don't only make bespoke jewels, we like to keep a small stock of classic pieces too.

1. An yellow gold vine leaf - we cast this from a mould we took of an old Victorian brooch years ago which we thought was so nice it deserved to live on. 16" chain.

2. A gorgeous 5ct Heliodor Beryl pear shape with a 0.17ct old cut diamond on a 20" chain, so that will sit mid-sternum.

3. A 10mm white pearl on a sliding doughnut setting with a natural diamond. 16" chain.

Please DM if you would like to know more.

For this bespoke engagement ring we sourced a 2.24ct emerald cut from a selection of emerald cuts all with warm tones. This one has loads of character and depth with a large table. A pair of trapeze side stones completes the set. The ring is handmade in platinum and yellow gold.

One of a kind.

This 0.87ct old mine cut diamond was very probably originally from India. It returned there, to the mountians above the to be given as an engagement ring. The design is a classic cross-over solitaire, in platinum, with some added diamond accents in the band to invoke the river and give the sense of moments in the flow of time.

Which do you prefer, the old or the new?

This video shows two pairs of diamonds, each stone is 1.20 - 1.25cts.

Old cut diamonds have not lost their allure, if anything, since the advent of lab diamonds, they have become more desirable.

Finding a high quality matching pair like this is not easy (look closely and you can see the differences between them, much less so with the modern stones), so there is a rarity aspect too.

The inspiration for these earrings, featuring a pair of bi-colour tourmalines, came from the weathered stone altars and temples of India and Bali...the blocky square shapes with chunky hinges and a slight textured patina on the gold.
