⫷ What a day to remember ✨ ⫸

This past Sunday we had the most wonderful time at — one of those days that remind you exactly why you do what you do.

We set up our stall in the sunshine, met so many of you for the first time, and were delighted to see familiar faces too — clients and friends who feel like family by now. There is something truly special about bringing Ana Verdun London out into the community like this.

And perhaps best of all, I got to meet after she opened the festival. Sophie has been wearing my Valentina Heart Locket non-stop and absolutely loves it. Apparently she gets compliments on it all the time! To hear that from her, face to face, was quite a special moment. We had to mark it with a photo, of course 💚💙

Thank you Bedford Park for having us. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, tried something on, or simply smiled as they passed. You made our day.

One of the things I love most about the pieces I design is that they go wherever you go. ✨

When I sit down to create, I am thinking of you — of the life you live, the rooms you walk into, the moments that matter. My aim is always the same: that your jewellery feels like the perfect companion, whatever the day holds. A board meeting. A birthday dinner. The theatre. A lazy Sunday with friends. That quiet confidence of knowing you look — and feel — exactly right.

Jewellery should never feel like a decision. It should feel like armour. Like freedom. Like you.

⫷ From muddy waters, something sacred rises ⫸

I’ve always been fascinated by the lotus flower — its quiet daily ritual of opening to the light and retreating at dusk, emerging pure from the murk it calls home.🪷

In these one-of-a-kind rings, I’ve translated that symbolism into metal and stone: aquamarines for the blue lotus — freedom, wisdom, the open mind — and pink sapphires for the pink lotus — purity, love, and the sacred arc of rebirth. 18-carat gold and oxidised silver hold it all together, lending the pieces a regal, almost ancient gravity.

You are an eagle, Mum. 🦅

Not just in the way you rose above every storm, lifting when others would have fallen — but in the way you still watch over me with eyes that see what the heart cannot yet name.

Eagles do not circle the sky in fear. They climb because they trust the wind. You taught me that. To trust. To rise.

You are not gone. You are the current beneath my wings on the days I forget how to fly. You are the stillness at the top of the sky — where everything becomes clear.

Some souls were never meant to stay earthbound. Yours was made for heights I am still learning to reach — and every day, you carry me higher.

On this Mother’s Day, I look up — and there you are, watchful, free, and always with me.

⫷ Before it becomes itself ⫸

There’s a particular kind of silence that finds you in the middle of the work — not the absence of sound, but the absence of thought. When you’re placing each gold granule by hand, coaxing two metals into conversation with one another, the mind quiets and something else takes over. Silver and 18ct gold speak entirely different languages — different structures, different melting points, different temperaments — and learning to hold both at once demands a presence that leaves no room for anything else. This is where the Helix pendant lives before it becomes itself. 💚💙

The concentric grooves, the scattered gold dots orbiting a warm citrine centre, the oxidised darkness of the silver contrasting against the richness of the gold — none of it is accidental, and none of it is rushed. The chain too, built link by link, is its own meditation.

Some pieces draw you deeper than others.
This was one of those.✨
