Awaken Your Healing Hands, Level 1 Reiki training
This week I had an email from a past client asking if Reiki can help with stress and anxiety. She was answering the call of how we get to a point that we need support and a return to our inner calm, our inner knowing, our inner centre.
The benefits of Reiki is stress reduction, helping with anxiety, better sleep, increase of confidence, enhanced clarity and focus, better digestions, sense of calm/lighter and intrigue of the world around us.
Reiki can also create space to reflect, process, and reconnect with what matters most. Perhaps a shedding of tears as you finally feel that you have room to breathe and feel safe within yourself.
With that I am delighted to say that on Sunday 28th of June I will be hosting level 1 training to guide you to learn about how you can support yourself and loved ones, furry friends, crystals, food, coffee with the power of Reiki.
Learning to work with energy and how to come home to yourself, to learn tools to relax and embody a calmness within that is so vital in our current climate. Thus helping with anxiety and stress that feels like an all time high at the moment. Am I right? I have needed a moment to decompress myself.
