Just pondering on this quote after a corporate soundbath for N Family Club

We live in a time that prides itself being productive, routines that we often forget to have fun 🤩

We forget our childish wonder, curiosity, and imagination- we don’t stop and smell the roses or roll down hills because we can or even jump in a puddle.

We are so consumed with coming across the right way, with being perfect, getting our to do lists done, and eating enough protein that is gets exhausting.

This summer is a reminder to be outside more, to have explore new hobbies, have fun with your friends, be a little more playful and have 🤩

The “Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art” exhibition was STUNNING and I am in complete awe of the craftsmanship, the details, story telling and journey.

Awaken Your Healing Hands, Level 1 Reiki training

This week I had an email from a past client asking if Reiki can help with stress and anxiety. She was answering the call of how we get to a point that we need support and a return to our inner calm, our inner knowing, our inner centre.

The benefits of Reiki is stress reduction, helping with anxiety, better sleep, increase of confidence, enhanced clarity and focus, better digestions, sense of calm/lighter and intrigue of the world around us.

Reiki can also create space to reflect, process, and reconnect with what matters most. Perhaps a shedding of tears as you finally feel that you have room to breathe and feel safe within yourself.

With that I am delighted to say that on Sunday 28th of June I will be hosting level 1 training to guide you to learn about how you can support yourself and loved ones, furry friends, crystals, food, coffee with the power of Reiki.

Learning to work with energy and how to come home to yourself, to learn tools to relax and embody a calmness within that is so vital in our current climate. Thus helping with anxiety and stress that feels like an all time high at the moment. Am I right? I have needed a moment to decompress myself.

It was a morning to unwind and return to centre, taking a moment out a busy schedule to reset.

Remembering when we are constantly on the go, our bodies feel it and the overwhelm, so moments like this that give you space and some grace to support your body’s relax response.

Combing skincare and sound healing is a dream and all about making your routines work for you, not the other way around 🖤

As a trained beauty therapist - this was such a highlight and the masks so lush and dreamy 🧖🏽‍♀️

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve properly posted - I manifested a little too hard with the Aries New Moon last month and found myself moving within two weeks!

I’d like to say I live a minimalist life and in some ways I do trying to make certain routines as easy as possible to make sure I an be consistent (which is the key). However, when it comes to stuff - I am like a magpie and love shiny things and my home to feel cosy…my family would say this is being polite! This is actually something I have been pondering about, why do we need all these things? Is it necessary? What would we do if we didn’t have all the things? Would we feel any different?

Anyway, I have found myself moving from SE London where I called home for four and half years, a place that I manifested with the Scorpio New Moon back in 2021. I wanted to live by myself and place for my family to be able to visit, have friends over and cook for them. This absolutley happened and four years it was so lovely and bought me so much joy.

But with work being mainly in SW it was time for a move and change. Here I find myself in a new location where I wanted a shorter commute, closer to nature, closer to friends and to still live by myself that’s exactly what happened within a two week process!

It was a lot having to organise a move, admin of bills, packing is a lot and navigating a sadness from a home that had so many memories and laughs!

I finally feel my feet landing back down to earth, feeling settled, and so excited for this new beginning and what changes lay ahead.

This has also reaffirmed that the Universe has your back and truly what is meant for you will always find you - there is no stopping it!

If people think you’re being delulu - let them and trust that if it’s meant to be yours it will be… remember to be expansive about your dreams. ✨🧚🏼‍♀️🖤

(The last slide is my new area and the first two of my flat which I wonder how I could make so much stuff fit 😅)
