Piccadilly Vaults is looking for a bright, capable and creative person to join our small, busy West End team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves antique & vintage jewellery and has experience in jewellery or fashion retail, or luxury marketing & PR.

As a small independent business, we all share the day-to-day running of the boutique — from welcoming clients (tea, cocktails included ☕🍸) to caring for and displaying our jewellery beautifully.

The role focuses on:
• Attracting new clients through online marketing, media & PR
• Delivering an exceptional in-store client experience
• Social media, data entry & admin
• Bespoke commissions & liaising with workshops
• Planning events, launches & parties
• Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes

You’ll be organised, creative, commercially minded, great with people, and happy to get stuck in — no job too big or too small.
