🩷🩷🩷HONEST OPINIONS NEEDED PRETTY PLEASE!🩷🩷🩷

Is this necklace a YAY or a NAY?
The idea in my head was great, now it's made i can't quite make up my mind whether to keep the design or take it apart and try something else.
Sometimes I look at it and love it, other times, I don't like it at all.
The Glass beads are a greeny grey, depending on the light and are 8mm.
I can handle honest constructive criticism, so hit me with it.
