What a moment ❤️‍🔥

We wanted the girls to feel draped in sarees, almost like they were living inside the stones themselves. Fluid silhouettes, cascading forms, sculptural movement… every detail pulling from the poetry of the saree.

Introducing Nila Nazar (blue eyes) where Persian opulence meets the poetry of drape.

Inspired by the regal ornamentation of Persian jewellery, the fluid elegance of the saree, and the richness of Bengali heritage, Nila Nazar is a study in movement, memory, and adornment. Deep sapphires evoke midnight blue silks and monsoon skies, while tiger’s eye brings warmth, protection, and a luminous golden contrast reminiscent of treasured heirlooms passed through generations.

The collection is deeply informed by the cultural intersections between Persia and Bengal, particularly the historic Persian influence in Sylhet, where centuries of migration, trade, craftsmanship, architecture, and ornamentation. Through these layered histories, Nila Nazar reflects a meeting of worlds: Persian artistry intertwined with the softness and ritual of Bengali dressing traditions.

Drawing from the graceful drape of the saree, the pieces explore fluid silhouettes, cascading forms, and sculptural movement that echo fabric against the body. Intricate detailing and talismanic stones nod to Persian jewellery traditions, reimagined through a contemporary lens.
