Last night we headed to the Sock Gallery for a private viewing for the 2026 Open Exhibition

I had jewellery selected to be included and the most fabulous Gareth Haines had two of his watercolours chosen.

It was great fun to celebrate and to see all the art on display. There are some seriously talented people jn Loughborough 🥂

If you told me a few years ago that my jewellery would be displayed in a local art exhibition, I wouldn’t have believed you.
Seeing them accepted into the Loughborough Open Exhibition - mostly alongside paintings - feels like a massive achievement .
I am so grateful the judges think that jewellery can also be art !

The exhibition opens soon, and I would love to see you there!
