Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a local primary school's careers day and talking to Year 6 pupils about bees, honey and running a small business.

The children asked some fantastic questions, tasted some honey and took part in a fun bee quiz.

For one day only, the original Bee Gifted branding came out of retirement. My old tablecloth matched my bee dress perfectly, so it had to be done!

What I loved most was hearing how interested they were in helping bees and learning more about the important role pollinators play in our environment. 💛

A huge thank you to the school for inviting me along.

I am here at World of Wedgwood Artisan Market

This is always a fantastic event with local makers, delicious food, live music and a wonderful atmosphere.

I'll have plenty of Bee Gifted goodies with me, including honey, bee-themed gifts and some of my bestselling products.

Can I put my mug in the microwave and dishwasher?

It's one of the questions I get asked most often!

The answer is YES.

However, if you want your mug to stay looking its best, I always recommend hand washing where possible.

As for microwaving a cold cuppa... you absolutely can.

But personally, I prefer my favourite alternative...

Getting Mr Bee to make me a fresh one! 😆

He makes the best cuppas and there's something about a freshly made brew that just tastes better.

💚A little small business appreciation post today 💚

I've been busy putting together a customer's order of mini honey jars and they asked if I could include some plant able seeded business cards too.

I've worked with before and once again the service was fantastic. Knowing I had a customer waiting, she turned the order around quickly so I could get everything ready in time.

I love supporting fellow small businesses, especially when they go above and beyond to help each other look after customers.

The seeded cards are such a lovely addition too. They can be planted and grow into beautiful wildflowers for the bees to enjoy. 🌼🐝
