Everything All The Time - as a 'proud' owner of an overactive brain 🤯 I find it a blessing and a curse. Like I love having a million ideas racing at a million miles per hour but also can I be excused and get a rest please so I can actually put some into practice??

Inside my head there's at least four or five trains of thought in the same time and bright colourful explosion and I feel like a dog at the park with too many squirrels to chase 🤣

Anyway, here's a painting that catches that excitement for when you want ALL the squirrels!

You'd never believe 🤯 that only 6months ago I was crying in the car on my way to work as a retail manager.
I'm Andreea and I started Love for Humankind as a way of finding a way back to myself, of finding joy and self compassion and through my art I want to help people get in touch with their most vibrant self. 💖
I had many dark nights, dark mornings, when life felt like it was crushing me and I think that's why my paintings are so light and soft and pink🌸.
Every day I'm trying to actively choose to be light and free and to allow myself to find joy and it takes more than an inspirational 'Live ,Laugh, Love' quote, it takes practice and commitment and courage and a lot of un-learning. But what keeps me going is the beauty of living into my values and a soul craving for Super Meaningful Deep Connection 🌟

Dripping imperfections,
Your mum is disappointed,
Untapped potential
And you don't know how to use it,
Your tinder date was
much smaller in real life.
Ran out of oatmilk,
Hayfever
But hey at least we've got pretty flowers.
Deep breaths. Float for a second in this no-judgement zone and allow all parts of you to just be.

I've done a lot of painting in the last year and it's really been an escape to me. When it felt like life on the outside didn't match anywhere near what I wanted on the inside and that nagging feeling I had that it was all supposed to be more beautiful than this. It's been a really intuitive process and I let myself just enjoy and experiment. I just wanted to create a safe, comforting, healing, dreamy space that I was missing in real life.

This one in particular I love because I made a mark for everyday I showed up for myself and committing to change something in my life. And change is scary and makes you vulnerable but also brave and it's relentless but that's how I found snippets of beauty in being my most authentic self.

I hope this inspires joy and enthusiasm and taking whatever small actions you can to make your life what you want it to be, cause being human is hard so we need to cling on to every moment of beauty we can find. Well done for living!
