I’m taking a complete 6 week break from all of my social media channels. My brain, body and nervous system has been crying out for a dopamine detox for a couple of years if I’m being fully honest with myself.

I look forward to re-entering this space in 6 weeks with some fresh neural pathways and a much more down regulated nervous system. I’ll be sharing the construction of my new workspace! Exciting!
