Unfortunately we were broken into during the early hours of this morning, using an empty beer keg to smash the bottom 3 windows of the shop and grab at whatever possible.

Luckily a man has being taken into custody by the police at this moment, however we at Samuel Jewell want to thank a valued member of the community who lives close to the shop for documenting the robbery and even attempting to scare the robber away. We are beyond grateful for your efforts in this and we are pleased to know there are still good people within this community.

We would appreciate any support from the local community, this includes any gold/silver jewellery being sold by suspicious people being reported to the local authorities citing this crime.

We will be open our regular times moving forward, although our window may look very empty for the following week.
