This explains a lot 😳
I had a customer that brought in a gold coloured Pandora ring to be resized recently.
Before sizing I looked for the silver marks 925, as I thought it was gold plated silver..
Nothing inside the ring suggested it was even silver which surprised me.
Unfortunately if jewellery isn't gold or silver we can't work with it.
Yes it's true our new silver stock is more expensive, but we would rather sell a premium product that can be altered and repaired in the future.
