The Cheshire Jewellery Company
The Cheshire Jewellery Company is part of The Cheshire School of Jewellery which was established in 2019. Based in rural Cheshire on Gate Farm Rural enterprise park I have a little workshop where I teach jewellery making workshops and create my own range of jewellery. I have a B.A Hon’s in applied art and M.A in art practice, along with being a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE in post compulsory education.
Within my work I look at ways to incorporate colour and my main range of work combines sterling silver with hand printed and dyed aluminium. Each Aluminium sheet I create is unique due to the hand dyeing/printing process. Elements from each sheet are then selected and combined with sterling silver to make one off pieces of jewellery.
