We are excited to announce an opportunity for the right person to join our shop on a maternity cover basis, with the role to be reviewed after one year.

This is a part time, year round position covering three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and alternating Fridays and Saturdays every other week. The expected start date is week commencing 13 April.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, proactive, and confident working independently when required.

Customer service and sales experience are essential. The role will involve:
• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling sales and operating the till
• Maintaining high standards of shop presentation and displays
• Managing stock and keeping the shop organised
• Offering product knowledge and helping customers choose the right items

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisation, and a positive attitude are all important for this role.

Jewellery making experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
