After a day island hopping and snorkelling from a longtail boat, we spent the rest of the afternoon on this tiny island. It was so peaceful and the water so clear.

I’ve taken thousands of photos on our travels around the world. Photography is a passion I’ve always had, and I love nothing more than capturing moments. So I’m going to start sharing some of the pictures I’ve taken from different corners of the world.

Starting strong with one of my favourite ever photos. This lovely lady, selling a small selection of fruit and veg on the busy streets of Hoi An, Vietnam. She had the sweetest smile and I couldn’t help but wonder what stories of her life she had to tell.

📍 Catbells - 451m (moderate walk with some steep scramble parts nearer the top). The views are immense 🥾

A really great starter if you’re hoping to get into hiking, especially with kids.

We parked at the Lingholm Kitchen & Estate and walked from there. Parking was £5 but the parking voucher is worth £4 so you can redeem it inside the cafe there. CA12 5TZ

The AllTrails route we did was via Skelgill Bank ⛰️

Gorgeous views overlooking Derwentwater near Keswick. Finished off with a crepe and ice cream at The Lake District Stop van at the bottom, before getting home for a shower and a hot chocolate in front of the fire. Perfect.
