Supervisor update, our boy had surgery yesterday, he was in theatre for around 5 hours, he spent the night in hospital and we picked him up this afternoon. He has external fixation device on his leg and has to have this on for 6 weeks and then have it removed. And then another 6 weeks recovery after that, plus some rehab as well😢😢😢

Update: the supervisor has to go back for stress X-rays tomorrow 😢 as there is now a concern about is ligaments

Oh my poor boy. The supervisor is a little bit out of sorts at the moment. He believed he could fly and discovered that he couldn’t, straight off the top of the wall at Collingwood monument in Tynemouth🙈🙈🙈one fractured metacarpal later. Luckily for him no surgery is needed. 5 weeks of being in cast and then 3 months of staying on the lead. There’s going to be a serious bout of Zoomies when he’s let off xx

Good morning from the girls. It’s a little bit cooler this morning with showers. I’m not quite ready for autumn yet, what about you? I’ve got a sewing project on the go at the moment. It’s going to be a special gift for someone and I’ll share it once it’s handed over xx
