Loved my day at Hay-on-Wye yesterday - lots of colour around me - summer dresses - summer colours - cosmos plants and so much support from fellow traders and market management helping out as the WiFi was awful due to the festival and affecting people wanting to make card payments - but alls well that ends well - returning customers - new customers and my jewellery finding their forever homes!

It was quiet at Hay market this week but that didn’t stop it being a good and fun one - got interviewed for the upcoming Hay Festival later this year (one of the questions asked was what am I currently reading: Here and Now by Santa Montefiore - novel about dementia - sounds depressing but it’s very readable). Cheryl of took some photos of me but I can’t behave so they’re all of me pulling faces/laughing or avoiding the camera but here’s one - excuse the windswept hair and bleary eyes - it’s an early start - I also got to catch up with other sellers which doesn’t normally happen but I did have a couple of long chats with people who stopped by the stall and woke up this morning to an order from one of these lovely people!
