The last few weeks made me slow down in a way I didn’t expect.

After taking a proper break from work and social media, I realised how exhausted I had become trying to constantly keep up online.

Sometimes life suddenly reminds you what actually matters.

Health. Time together. Peace of mind. Moments you don’t get back.

Yesterday we sat by the sea together and Nela started building her own necklace story from little charms and pieces that mean something to her.

Watching her create it reminded me why I fell in love with jewellery in the first place.

Not trends.
Not algorithms.
Not constantly trying to keep up.

I love pieces that hold memories, stories, people and moments.

And honestly… I never stopped loving making jewellery 🌊

I’m switching off for a few days ✈️

No work.
No pressure to post.
No trying to keep up with everything.

Just time with family, old friends, good coffee, and a bit of space away from the noise.

Lately my mind has been full of new ideas and designs faster than I can make them, and I think I need a little time away to let everything settle.

My website will still stay open while I’m away, so if you feel like browsing, you still can 🤍

I’ll reply to emails and enquiries once I’m back after the 26th May.

And honestly… I’m really looking forward to not checking Instagram for a little while.

THROWBACK 💕

I found this piece of sea glass on Towan beach during lockdown, and I honestly nearly walked past it because I thought it was just a piece of plastic.

Then I picked it up and realised it was one of the most beautiful pieces of sea glass I had ever found.

The colour was unbelievable — soft pink fading into white, almost glowing in the sunlight. I remember standing there staring at it because I’d never found anything quite like it before.

I kept it for a bit of time before deciding to shape it and turn it into a necklace. Part of me didn’t want to touch it at all because it already felt so special exactly as it was.

In the end I set it in silver with a little gold detail and put it on a simple snake chain so the sea glass stayed the focus.
It sold almost immediately, but I still think about this piece years later. Some sea glass just stays with you 🩷🤍

I didn’t make these to match.

They just ended up like this.

Two completely different pieces of sea glass, set in solid 9ct gold… and somehow they belong together.

One feels deeper, richer.

The other catches the light in a completely different way.
I notice people always know which one is theirs straight away.

The teal one is available on my website (with a different chain).
