Looking for something fun and active to do during October half term?

We've teamed up with Decathlon to offer FREE tennis lessons at Wootton Community & Sports Centre! 🎾

Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or have played before, come along and have a go!

We’re getting SO excited for our BIGGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR – Wootton Fireworks 2026! 🤩🎇

📅 Friday 6th November 2026
⏰ 6pm–9pm
🎆 Firework display at 7:30pm

Get ready for an amazing evening packed with fun for all the family! We’ll have 🎡 fairground rides, 🍔 a fantastic range of food vendors and 🍻 our licensed bars. There really is something for everyone! 🙌

🚧 IMPORTANT – ROAD CLOSURES & PARKING 🚧

As in previous years, road closures will be in place on Curtlee Hill and Farmclose Road.

🏡 Residents living on residential streets leading off Curtlee Hill will receive a permit through the post next week, so keep an eye out for yours! 📬

🚶‍♀️ We strongly recommend walking to the event wherever possible. If you do need to drive, please park along Wooldale Road and walk the short distance to the Recreation Ground.

We can’t wait to see you all for another spectacular night of fireworks and fun!

We have sessions for everyone, including our SEND Disco, so come along dressed in your best Halloween costume and get ready to dance, play and have some spooky fun! 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️

🎶 Come along and join the wonderful Wootton Warblers! 🎶

Fancy a bit of singing, a good laugh and meeting a lovely bunch of people?

The Wootton Warblers meet every other Tuesday evening, and it’s completely free to join! There’s no pressure, just lots of fun, plenty of singing and a really friendly group to welcome you.
