The most amazing day of my Black Belt journey. April 11th 2018. At the 29th Infantry Division Fist Monument commissioned by General Choi Hong Hi to represent the Spirit and ethos of his unit.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Northants Interclub 2019.. It was a wonderful day filled with fun and Tkd togetherness. I hope you all enjoyed the day and would like to thank all the other clubs for their attendance making the day such a success. Below are the results making Northants Taekwondo the area Champions for 2019. All your hard work paid off...well done.

I had such an amazing time on the Tul Tour in South Korea, I am missing this group of fellow travellers and would happily get back onto that plane to take me back tomorrow (even if it is a 12 hour flight!)
