Sonkai is a family-run independent, manufacturing and retail jewellers; producing bespoke commissions for the public and unique handmade pieces that are sold from the shop, alongside other contemporary collections from designers based in the UK and abroad. Our Sonkai store is fairly unique in the fact that we have our own jewellers who work on-site and the jewellers workbenches are in the shop its

elf, on full view for all to see. Where possible we carry out nearly all of our work by hand and in-store using traditional methods, which is then supported by the use of modern technology in the form of computer design and casting, for an all-round service. Our head goldsmith Craig is a qualified jeweller with many years experience. We undertake many commissions of all types including re-using existing metal and gemstones to produce something modern and new.
