We often get asked ‘Do I need a Watch Winder?’
If you wear your watch every day, then probably not. But it really comes down personal choice.
Ours is obviously an industrial watch winder and is quite a size. We use it to simulate wearing of watches while we monitor time keeping performance during testing.

Today, Ollie is testing the modern lever escapement on a ship's clock. The original pallet stones were damaged and replaced with new ones. Ollie is using the Microset timing machine to adjust and achieve a target rate of 18,000 beats per hour. Happy with this reading, it will run on test until returned to its owners ...
