Roger designs and creates bespoke pieces of jewellery in precious metals set with high quality gems, for individual private clients. Using his earlier training in both engineering and aesthetic design and in properties of metals – his skill is in creating modern innovative original designs with clean lines and often bold structural forms. He focuses on the more contemporary, adventurous settings,

often mounting gems in ‘tension’ or similar settings. He aims to expose the maximum stone surface to the light – thus gaining the greatest benefit from the very fine quality gems used. He believes in offering a highly personalised face to face service from his combined workshop, gallery and consulting design studio in Surrey. He can also meet clients in London at a Hatton Garden address by appointment. Roger carefully explores and considers each client’s expectations. Trained in diamond grading, he then personally selects reliably sourced diamonds or coloured precious gems, always of high quality, for the client.
