Not every piece of jewellery needs to be replaced.

Often, all it takes is the expert care of a skilled goldsmith to bring it back to life.

Perhaps you have a ring that no longer fits, a favourite chain that’s broken, a worn setting that’s catching on clothing, or a treasured family heirloom that’s been tucked away because it always seemed beyond repair.

The good news is, it often isn’t.

Traditional goldsmithing is about preserving the jewellery you love. Whether it’s resizing a ring, repairing a chain, replacing missing stones, or carefully restoring a well-loved heirloom, every repair is carried out with the utmost care and craftsmanship. Our aim is not only to restore its beauty but also to preserve the memories and stories it holds.

There’s something truly special about returning a cherished piece to its owner, beautifully restored and ready to be worn, loved, and passed down through generations to come.

With the price of Gold and Gemstones increasing,the value of your jewellery has most likely changed and gone up in value since you purchased your fine jewellery...

Once you have dropped your jewellery off at our showroom, it is checked and cleaned by Heidi or Sara. Then it is assessed by our fully independent and qualified NAJ FIRV (National Association of Jewellers, Fellow of the Institute of Registered Valuers) valuer

Every Valuation includes a beautifully presented Portfolio, complete with a full description, appropriate replacement value, photographic images and a copy for your insurer’s own records...
