Random Lemon Handmade crafts to make you smile!

20/09/2026

I have the best office today! And it looks like summer has decided to return for a few days!

Really enjoyed acting as tour guide for lots of visitors to the Mayflower steps today too and telling them about my beautiful home town.

If you want trivia about the Mayflower I'm your girl!

I love those little moments in the day that make you smile, maybe it's something you see when out on a walk. Maybe it's your dog jumping up to greet you or your cat curled up in your lap. Maybe it's the feel of the sun on your face or the thought of a loved one.

Maybe it's just a random lemon.

Whatever made you smile today let us know in the comments.

Here at Random Lemon we love a good list (especially one of ours!). But we love a day off from lists even more!

Drop us a comment and let us know what your fun plans are this weekend (the more random the better obviously).

It's live! 🍋

After quite a lot of experimenting, tinkering, rearranging, changing my mind and asking myself what Random Lemon actually is, the new website is finally here.

And this feels much more like the business I've been trying to build.

Random Lemon is now a home for creative things that make everyday life a little more enjoyable — whether that's stationery, colouring, something funny, something handmade or simply an excuse to stop doing sensible things for half an hour.

There are familiar favourites.

There are newer products.

And there's also a first glimpse of CRAFT, a brand new collection of creative kits that I'll be sharing much more about very soon.

I'd genuinely love you to go and have a wander around.

And if you spot something you love, let me know — because after staring at this website for an unreasonable number of hours, I am extremely ready to see what everyone else thinks of it.

I've spent a lot of time trying to work out how all the different parts of Random Lemon fit together.

Because stationery, colouring books, bookmarks, handmade products and creative kits can look like a fairly random collection of things.

Which, admittedly, would be quite on-brand.

But there is a thread running through all of them.

They're things designed to give you a little bit of enjoyment in an ordinary day.

Something to make you laugh.

Something to help your brain switch gears.

Something creative to do without worrying whether you're “good” at it.

Something that's just nice to have.

That's the direction I'm building Random Lemon around now.

And there's a whole new collection coming that fits that idea rather nicely… 👀

Random Lemon has been a bit of an experiment.

I've made things I've loved, tried different ideas, built websites, changed my mind, had more ideas, changed my mind again… and generally worked out what this little business actually wants to be.

And I think I've finally got there.

Over the next few days I'll be sharing a little more of what's changing — and then there's a brand new Random Lemon website coming very soon.

Same slightly random business.

Just with a much clearer idea of where it's going. 🍋
