Ernie Ladell Jewellery Ernie Ladell is a Jeweller and silversmith, who specialises in Mokume Gane. Mokume gane is Japanese meaning wood grained metal.

It is an ancient method of forging precious metals together to create a wood grain pattern in jewellery. Because of this technique each piece produced is unique, this i find works well with making wedding rings, as every ring made is unique when making a couples wedding rings I make them from one billet giving the effect that they born from the same piece of metal and are paired for life
