It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas 😬 starting to get my Christmas designs up ready for after Halloween

With the summer holiday officially over this is just a snap shot of the fun we’ve had. It almost started with a disaster after arriving at the wrong ferry port (easily done Mr G 🤔🤪) but managed to pull it back inline. We’ve had some amazing food throughout in Bilbao, San Sebastián, Barcelona and Mallorca. Mark did some summer DJing in a fantastic cocktail bar and we made the most amazing friends. Kids managed to con themselves into BCM 🤪 which means it’s official we are now old when are kids can get into clubs!! We’ve had boat days, total eclipse, multiple heatwaves to name but a few, but we’ve had an amazing time. The last year we’ll probably do the whole summer together as a family but a memorable one definitely. Now it’s time to rest up and relax when kids return to school tomorrow and Thursday ❤️

What a weekend!! Reading Festival Fri-Sun, had a blast. Some great DJing and artists. Laughed and danced until we physically couldn’t dance anymore. Over 30000 steps a day. All 4 seasons in one weekend. From glorious sun to full on drenched!! Ruby & Tom had the best time with their mates, and definitely caught the festival bug. And just when you think that’s a lot for a weekend off we travelled into London O2 to see Ariana Grande tonight for a girls night. Fantastic show and her voice is incredible. I’ll be glad to see my bed at 4am 🛌 💤 now if anyone needs me I’ll be in bed recovering for a week. Xx

As most of you are aware, as soon as the kids hit their school summer holiday I close up shop until they return in September. That time has come. All my orders are complete. We’re on spring clean mode for the next two days then we head off to make some summer memories. As the kids are rapidly growing we are going to savour this summer and really make it one to remember as I don’t think it will be long before they refuse to come with us ❤️ we also have Mr Gs full undivided attention for the first time in 17 years so we will definitely be taking advantage of this before he heads onto a new work chapter.

Thank you all for all my customer orders. It’s been a great first half of the year and I’m looking forward to returning on 10th September to begin the Christmas countdown.

Have a wonderful summer everyone

Thanks

That time of year again. Kids have officially finished school. We say good bye to year 7 for Charlie, year 10 for Tom and year 11 for Ruby. Stressful year for GCSEs for Ruby and now we wait for the results and then into sixth form. Tom hopefully pulling his finger out finally as he heads into his GCSE year and don’t even know where to start with Charlie. Let’s just hope he starts year 8 better than he finished year 7 😩🤞. Now time to start probably the final summer of spending it all together in Mallorca. Stopping growing so fast ❤️

Cathedral School Class of 2026!! They all looked so grown up. Absolutely stunning. Such an amazing year group. Honoured to Chaperone them with and watch them all have such a fantastic evening. Super proud of Ruby she’s made a great group of friends and memories that will hopefully last a lifetime. Now onto sixth form 😩

I love a good storm and Saturday night did not disappoint. About 7 hours of continuous thunder and lightening and at about 3am I thought the world was going to end because it was so loud but amazing at the same time.

Short and sweet trip to Amsterdam for Cowbridge U15s Rugby Tour. Great beach rugby at The Hague and a short day trip into the City to see the attractions 🤪😂 Boys had a blast, but everyone is tired. Need a good nights sleep to recover.
