We’re proud to be supporting Poynton Christmas Fest again this year! 🎄

As a local business that’s been part of the Poynton community for nearly 40 years, supporting events like this has always been important to us. It’s all about giving back to the place we call home.

This year, the event is taking place on Tuesday 1st December, from 6:30pm – 9:00pm. We won't be open at that time, but we invite everyone to visit the lively stalls and support local businesses.

One of the reasons we love sapphires is that they’re really hardwearing! Sapphire ranks 9 on the Mohs scale, which is second only to diamond in hardness. That makes it a great choice for rings and other pieces you’d want to wear every day.

So how do you look after your sapphire jewellery? We recommend cleaning gently with warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush in between professional cleans. If you drop off your jewellery for a valuation with us, we’ll include a full professional clean too, so it’ll come back to you looking more sparkly than ever!
