Handmade jewellery from my workshop in Reading From there I realised that I could do a Jewellery degree at university, so thats what I did!

My love of making jewellery began while doing an art foundation course at college, I did the course pretty certain I wanted to be a photographer, and after the rotation phase of the course was swayed by the tutors towards 3D instead! I am a Buckinghamshire New University Graduate of 2009. Charlotte Jones Jewellery was founded just after graduation, although I had already been making things for friends and family throughout my degree. My customers gradually expanded to friends of friends, friends of family, and then a few actual online orders from strangers through my very basic website! In 2011 I got offered a job in a jewellers as a Trainee Goldsmith, I used this position to develop my skills from university and learn repairs and restoration. I worked there for 3.5 years and then moved on to another jewellers where I mostly do repairs as a Goldsmith, alongside running Charlotte Jones Jewellery. Over the last 3 years especially my business has expanded and I am so grateful to all my customers for helping me achieve my dreams

12 years ago today I married my best friend ✨ Made it through my 8th wedding anniversary without you but you’ve of course not been far from my mind. Migrating to the sea has been my tradition the last 4 years and it really does help. Our baby has been on one today though have a word will you! Still finding it strange navigating a new relationship alongside loving and missing you but Tom has been great and it’s nice not having to handle everything on my own. It was worth the wait to find someone understanding who doesn’t feel threatened by the life we shared before the universe abruptly cut it short. We miss your smile, your perfect hugs, your humour your playfulness. Your chivalrous nature, your compassion to other people and probably a little moreso, animals 😆 my partner in crime (your bumbling sidekick) taking the p**s out of my clumsiness being wound up by my messiness. Your glorious scent, the way you fell so perfectly into fatherhood and adored the bones of our gorgeous baby girl. There’s not been a day gone by that we don’t talk about you and I see so much of you in her I’ll be forever grateful for that. Loved and missed beyond measure today and every day, but a little moreso on these special dates. Will celebrate the day I became your wife forever, one of the best days of my life. Say happy birthday to your mum for us and give her a big cuddle from your Livvybub ✨
