As we are the part of the season where groups are sporadic... hosts who are hosting on the 2/11 have already been confirmed via WhatsApp

We have so many families wanting to host for this week, but there aren't enough students to offer everyone. So for fairness those not on 2/11 will be offered to host on an alternative date and those who are many not host thier next available date

If you haven't yet received confirmation of hosting on 2/11 we are very sorry but please take it that you have not been allocated students on this occasion.

Is anyone able to host a one solo group leader on 9th November for 5 nights please?

As its single occupancy we can pay £40pn so that's £200. He is a lovely leader who is fully security cleared to work with children and of course has great English.

This morning in Redhill it was a chilly send off for this group of 62 students from eastern France. They are visiting Brighton for the last day of thier trip before making the journey home this evening- safe travels 🇫🇷🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

A host has had a family emergency so can no longer host 2 German girls arriving for 3 nights at our Redhill centre tomorrow if you are able to step in and help by hosting them, please get in touch asap

Please see the preliminary dates in the forms below for October to February and the second one for March-June

As always we can't guarantee hosting, placing your available dates indicates when you are and are not available. Sometimes we may contact you when you aren't available if we become low on numbers that week and need extra hosts to cover the arrival numbers or if a host pulls out unexpectedly. We may not be able to offer hosting to you for each of the dates that you select.

We are always as fair to all hosts as possible being mindful to manage the 90 host families own commitments and those of the schools, agents and travel providers availability

We have had a slot open to host 2 girls on our Hungarian group arriving on 14th Sept into Tedhill for 4 nights.

We will soon close for a few weeks, but we are currently arranging home visit meetings for end of August/writ September for new hosts looking to trial before Christmas/in the New Year.

The diary is filling up fast, please get in touch to arrange a home visit slot to discuss hosting students in greater detail 😁

We will be sending out information via WhatsApp on how to express an interest in hosting on particular dates. Expressing an interest in dates does not guarantee hosting as it's all dependant on how many host spaces are available and how many students we have that week. We will, as always, endeavour to be as fair to all hosts as possible
