with military silver wire lace and tassel. The caps are mounted in presentation box frames and can be finished with either a personalised citation from your club, a copy of your certificate, or a photograph. William Porter are on tour.

We kick off in London on 16th November, when we will be at the re-launched Sports Merchandise and Licensing Show at Stamford Bridge. University of Bristol Students' Union Raises Funds with Honours Cap Launch

William Porter launched its first Scholar’s Cap at the University of Bristol’s Graduation week this year. Handmade in the UK to a 100 year old pattern, the commemorative cap is embroidered with the graduate’s name and year of graduation and delivered in a presentation frame alongside a citation of the award.

In the first week at Bristol the caps proved popular not only as a gift for a family member graduating, but also with University of Bristol alumni of many years past, who were there with the current cohort.

Working with the University of Bristol Students’ Union, this is the first university to launch their cap, with many more to come. As company founder Richard Monk says: “It’s been really helpful to work alongside Anna Purska and the Students’ Union leading up to our week here and we are really happy that every cap sold raises funds towards the important work that they carry out supporting students.”

Jeremy Guscott receives William Porter Cap from Bath Rugby

Bath Rugby inducted the first members into its newly-created Hall of Fame last this year at a stunning black tie dinner at Farleigh House. Celebrating the 150th year of the Club, they chose William Porter caps to honour the first 6 members. Pictured, Jeremy Guscott (centre) receives his William Porter Cap from Club Owner Bruce Craig (Right).

Spanning four generations, past players Frank Soane (1881-1898), Major Ronald Gerrard (1930-1941), Roger Spurrell (1979-1986), John Hall (1981-1995) and Jeremy Guscott (1984-2000), and former Head Coach Jack Rowell (1978-1994) have been honoured as the inaugural inductees.

Old Tiffs () & The Guild () mark milestones with William Porter Caps.

Old Tiffians Rugby Football Club (RFC) Player Jamie Heath was honoured for over 100 First 15 appearances for the club with a William Porter Cap this year. The presentation was made at their awards dinner and is the first cap supplied to the club by William Porter. Head Coach Andy Blackburn told us that the club were “...extremely happy with it. The quality is excellent.” Pictured is Jamie’s framed cap.

Trinity Guild RFC also honoured an outstanding player this year, whose service to and membership of the club has spanned 80 years, by awarding a William Porter cap (pictured).
