A glimpse into my artistic world 🖤✨

Through the timeless beauty of vintage film, I’m sharing the journey of creating my Gothic-style necklace — from the first design concepts and hand-drawn sketches to the intricate process of bringing my vision to life.

Every line, every detail, and every creative decision is part of a deeply personal artistic journey, where dark romanticism meets timeless elegance. I love watching an idea transform from a drawing into a tangible piece of jewelry, carrying its own character, emotion, and story.

This is more than jewelry making; it’s an exploration of art, craftsmanship, and individuality. And I’m truly enjoying every moment of this creative journey. 🕯️💎

A touch of medieval romance, reimagined in timeless luxury. 🖤✨ Gothic lettering carved into onyx stone, framed by a sapphire gold chain and delicate diamonds scattered around the heart. Every detail tells a story, making this personalised necklace a piece to treasure forever. Customise it with your own initials or a letter that holds a special meaning to you — this one is L for Love. 💎 Available now in my workshop, ready to become part of your story.

✨ Coral or glass bead — can you tell the difference?

🌊 Natural coral often has organic textures, tiny pores, and irregular patterns that reveal its natural origin.

💎 Glass beads can imitate the appearance of coral, with smooth surfaces, a glossy shine, and sometimes tiny bubbles.

🔍 In this reel, I’ll show you the key details to look for when distinguishing natural coral from glass beads.

❤️ Look closely at the texture, colour, and surface details — they can offer valuable clues.

✨ Learning to spot the differences helps you appreciate each bead for what it truly is!

Have you weighed Mum’s bangles on the kitchen scales yet? 👀

With gold prices making headlines, it’s tempting to think about melt value. But those unworn heirlooms could become a bespoke piece you’ll actually reach for, keeping the family gold and its story close.

I love turning “I never wear this” into “I’m never taking it off.” What would you remake yours into? 💛

✨ From Grandfather’s Signet Rings to a Pendant Full of Memories ✨

Some jewellery holds a lifetime of memories. ❤️

These signet rings once belonged to a much-loved grandfather who filled his grandchildren’s childhood with laughter, adventures, and playful moments in the fields.

His granddaughter remembers him running and chasing them, calling out “Fee-fi-fo-fum!” like a giant from a fairy tale. 🥹

When she asked me to remodel his signet rings into a beautiful pendant and engrave those very special words, I knew this was going to be so much more than a jewellery project.

It was about preserving his spirit, celebrating the memories they shared, and creating something she could carry close to her heart forever. ✨

I feel incredibly privileged to work on pieces like this — transforming inherited jewellery into meaningful, bespoke treasures while keeping the stories and people we love close to us.

Because the most precious jewellery isn't always the newest or the most expensive. It's the jewellery that means something. 🤍

Would you ever remodel a piece of family jewellery to keep a loved one’s memory alive?

One gemstone, three lives. ✨ I love the thought that a stone can travel through a lifetime, finding a new home each time it’s re-set and re-imagined. From a tourmaline bracelet to a bangle, then a little starburst pendant, each chapter keeps the story going while making it entirely its own.

Which chapter would your stone take?

Saturday afternoon recap: things I’ve made that aren’t rings… 🏆 Cufflinks with better manners than most men, trophies so enormous they nearly needed their own postcode, a bear who sat for a wax seal, and a hedgehog who somehow earned a coat of arms. I even engraved a family motto: “Always higher, always further.” Sensible advice, unless you’re trying to get that trophy through the workshop door. Ten years at the bench, and the animal clients are thriving. Which one should come back for round two? 🦔✨

Watch gold become a necklace ✨

I start by sawing and filing the gold, then set the stone, thread the chain and bring it all together for the finished reveal. I love seeing each careful step transform gold into a necklace made to be worn and treasured.

Which step would you love to watch?
