Bit of an update post! I'm sure you've probably heard the price of silver has risen considerably over the last few months. As my shop is mainly sterling silver I am now at the point where I'm unsure if my business will be viable over the next few months. The 1st picture gives an example of the difference in 3 months - its doubled and predicted to rise more. I am going to order 3 months ish worth of supplies today then if its no better I will most likely have to stop using silver.
I have introduced 10 new stainless steel earrings on my website and will continue to make those for the foreseeable.
It's a worrying time for jewellery makers at the moment. Unfortunately my prices will have to rise in the next week or so which is something I didn't want to do!
Please also note this is not profiteering from suppliers, their hand is forced by the price rises too and it is also worrying for them!
