Hi everyone! So around 3 years ago now I wasn’t going through a great time and felt I needed something to get me out of the house and to focus my brain which is when I came across the hobby of sea glass hunting! As I am fortunate enough to live only a 5 minute walk from the beach I thought to myself that I should maybe go and see if we had any on the beach here, it turned out that we have quite a good beach for sea glass to wash up on! 3 years later I have enough sea glass to make my own beach!🙈 So I decided to put these beautiful pieces of glass to good use rather than sitting in a jar on a shelf where no one can see them. I began trying to try and make jewellery from it, I made a couple of pendants to wear and to my surprise a few people wanted to know where my necklace was from and that it was something they would want to purchase! Since then I have been busy making a few things and would love to see what you all think!
Due to the way sea glass is formed each piece is slightly different from another so only one of each will be available but pricing is based on the size and colour rarity of the piece. All can be purchased with or without a chain and I would be happy to make something custom if you like a few elements of a couple of different options.
If you are interested I will be posting my first available pendants tomorrow at 5.30pm however I have attached some photos below so you can get an idea of what to expect!
Thanks, Meg 😊
