irm has expanded gradually throughout Yorkshire and the East Midlands, H L Brown is still very much a family business. James Frampton, Managing Director, is Harris’s great great grandson and his son and is the fifth generation to be engaged in the business. The company offers a broad range of jewellery in tasteful designs. Unlike most jewellers, the company has a buying office in Antwerp, the world’s largest market for polished diamonds, where the Directors personally inspect the quality of every single diamond purchased. Brown also specialises in period and antique jewellery, silver, watches and clocks, with highly qualified staff to provide sound advice.
