There’s a really interesting moment in our New York vintage watch shopping trip where I asked Craig Golby what actually makes a watch worth buying.

And his answer honestly tells you quite a lot about why Golby watches feel the way they do.

For Craig, it’s not about hype. Not about specs sheets. Not even about value for money.

It’s about finding something different. Something with character. A watch that makes somebody stop and say:
“That’s actually really cool.”

And whilst we were talking… we stumbled across some brilliant vintage Seikos and a gorgeous old Zodiac hiding in the shop too.
