PLEASE READ

I've tried to carry on as normal but I'm sorry to say I'll need to take a short break while I come to terms with my Dad's passing and the fact I didn't get to say goodbye. I ask at this time that you please be patient, kind and understanding. I know most of you are and will be but just a reminder to please be kind. I'll continue to make and take your orders but I won't be seeing anyone in person for at least the remainder of this and possibly next week. What I don't do;

- I don't sieve your ashes or breastmilk

- I don't throw away any of your precious ashes or breastmilk

- I don't charge extortionate prices

- I don't ignore your messages

- I don't immediately blame you or get defensive if there's been confusion

- I don't use inferior products

What I do instead;

- I hand place your ashes or breastmilk piece by piece

- I do treat you and your inclusions the way I would want my own to be treated

- I charge the minimum I possibly can while still making enough to keep my business going

- I reply to your messages and get back to you as soon as I see your query

- I own my mistakes and take responsibility

- I only use 925 sterling silver, 9k solid gold and surgical grade stainless steel

- I use the best jewellery grade hard resin and the most beautiful pigments and opals - you deserve only the best 🤍
