Our exhibition at Foxlowe Arts Centre has now come to an end. Thank you to everyone who came to view our artwork and to those who purchased a piece!

We enjoyed chatting with visitors when we were there and reading all the lovely comments left in the visitors’ book.

Our special thanks also go to Nena, the exhibition organiser, who always supports us, and to all the volunteers who looked after the gallery throughout the exhibition.

We hope to return to this lovely venue if the opportunity arises again in the future!

Our exhibition at Foxlowe Arts Centre has now come to an end. Thank you to everyone who came to view our artwork—and to those who purchased a piece!

We enjoyed chatting with visitors when we were there and reading all the lovely comments left in the visitors’ book.

Lovely day to visit to explore What is Precious? exhibition Design-Nation UK . I was happy to be included in this interesting exhibition, beautifully displayed (Thank you Michelle, the curator).

It is visually pleasing, of course but also the information sheet will explain to you the thoughts of artists, so I recommend you pick up the information sheet in the room to browse.

Waterside Arts Centre is so nicely located by the river and is in front of Tramway station of Sale.

The town centre is very close so you have a choice for a lovely lunch (so we did!) Thanks Ingrid for lovely company today.

Hope you enjoy the exhibition and visit the town of Sale like we did!☺️

This Saturday, 29 August, I’ll be in the upstairs room at in Leek.

Please come along and enjoy exploring Layers, our wonderful exhibition by Peak Vision Arts! There’s a fantastic collection of work to discover, and it would be lovely to see you there.

The exhibition runs until Saturday 5 September, so don’t miss this opportunity to come and experience Layers for yourself.

My jewellery has been selected for ‘What is Precious?’ exhibition Waterside .The exhibition is until 3rd October. The gallery is open Mondays to Saturdays 10-5pm. I hope to visit the exhibition and share it in the near future.

Originally developed through Design-Nation’s Sustainability and Ethical Practice group, the exhibition brings together the work of 20 contemporary makers who are rethinking the value of materials through innovative craft and design.

The exhibition is presented in partnership with the CIT

Hi! I am Yuka from Yuka Jourdain Jewellery .
Now I am making matching studs for the bird pendants inspired by the birds I encountered in High Peak. They will come with me at High Peak Open Studios .

I first make the frames in Sterling Silver, then oxidize them. Then I make felt before stitching and combining them.

It is amazing to find such a magnificent colourful bird living nearby. The image of the pheasant lingers in my mind and I created my piece of jewellery. I hope someone will like them as much as I do. ☺️🐦

I look forward to welcoming you at 89 Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith, alongside artists Peak Vision Arts .
