Well, I think we can safely say the plain ring won your vote!

Last week, I shared two versions of our updated ring design with you all:

One featuring sparkling cubic zirconia stones and the other with a simple, plain wishbone band.

We asked which one you preferred, and the response was overwhelming… the plain design was your favourite! 🤍

And I have to say, I absolutely love your choice! Sometimes simplicity really is the most beautiful option.

I'm delighted to say that I've gone ahead and ordered the sample!

Our new ring will feature a delicate wishbone band with a beautiful heart-shaped bezel, designed to hold the ashes or hair of someone special.

I honestly can't wait for it to arrive so I can see it in real life, and of course, share it with you all!

Our pretty Robin Memorial Bracelet has arrived!

We are so pleased to introduce another beautiful addition to our Healing Hearts Memorial Jewellery Christmas Collection.

Our much loved robin design has been given a lovely new look and is now available as a delicate memorial bracelet.

The robin's breast has been redesigned to hold the ashes or hair of your loved one in style, creating a beautiful and meaningful keepsake that allows you to carry a little piece of them with you, wherever you go.

Our pretty robin sits delicately on an adjustable handmade loop link bracelet, designed to fit wrists of all sizes, from small to large.

Forget-me-nots… could there be a more meaningful little flower to include in a piece of memorial jewellery?

This beautiful pendant was a special request from one of our lovely clients, and I just had to share it with you because I hadn't made one for so long.

Some of you may remember that we used to offer real flowers encased within our jewellery, although it's something we no longer have listed on our website.

When this lady asked if I could create a pendant with a real forget-me-not flower preserved inside, I was more than happy to bring the idea back to life.

It's little requests like these that remind me why I love what I do. Sometimes the most meaningful pieces are the ones that are a little different.

What happens after my ashes arrive?

We understand how precious your loved one's ashes or hair are, which is why every order is treated with the utmost care and respect from the moment it arrives.

Once your parcel has been safely delivered to our Hampshire studio, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know it has arrived safely. Depending on the time of delivery and our workload, this is usually sent the same day or the following working day.

Your ashes or hair remain securely packaged and individually labelled throughout the entire process. Every order is carefully stored and organised until we begin creating your jewellery.

When crafting your piece, we only ever work with one customer's ashes at a time. Before moving on to the next order, all materials are carefully packed away and our workspace is thoroughly cleaned, ensuring there is never any possibility of ashes being mixed between customers.

Once your jewellery has been completed, every remaining grain of ashes or strand of hair is carefully returned to you with your finished piece, no matter how small the amount remaining.

One of the questions I’m asked most often is, ‘How much do I need to send?’

The answer is: very little.

We only need a small amount of ashes or a pinch of hair to create your jewellery, and anything we don’t use is carefully repacked and returned to you with your finished piece.

I know how precious these inclusions are, which is why they’re treated with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

Could you help? I'd love to know which design you'd prefer to wear...

I'm currently busy designing new beautiful jewellery for Healing Hearts and I have a very old design of ours that I'm thinking of reviving.

The original was the crystal version but I'm thinking that a plain version would be nice as we have a lot of crystal designs.

I'd love to know what you think... pop me a comment below to let me know if you lean more towards sparkle or simple and elegant.

There really is no right choice. For some people it’s about having something they can touch when they need a little comfort. For others, they want something so subtle that nobody would ever know it was memorial jewellery.

Healing Hearts has now created more than 5,000 keepsakes for families, using ashes, hair, fur and other precious inclusions.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want before getting in touch. If you tell me a little about the person or pet you’d like your jewellery to represent, I’m always happy to help you find something that feels right.
