My purchase policies comply with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (commencing 13th June 2014). For more specific information regarding my company purchase policy, please read on. Returns: If you would like to return an item you purchase from me, you have the right to cancel or return for any reason within 14days of receipt of the item. Please contact me by phone, email, or post within 14days if you wish to do this. A refund will be issued (including original postage cost) once I have received the item in unworn condition with original packaging. Return postage cannot regretably, be refunded. This policy does not cover items of a bespoke, adapted or custom made nature. Full photographs of these items are however, supplied prior to postage to ensure suitability. Delivery for ready-made items is within 1-3 days. Items that are made to order will be dispatched within 2-7 days depending on the item. Items are only dispatched once full payment for the item and the item's postage has cleared. The CCR2013 states hat dispatch must be within a 30day period from date of purchase. If you order through my website, etsy shop, folksy shop or in person, you will be receive and email or paper receipt of your purhchase. Should you wish to cancel you order and would like to use my cancellation form, a link can be found in my Etsy Shop Policy Page, or as a link in the Prenoa confirmation email at check out.
