Gooooooood morning Stone! All set up for the first Stone Artisan Market and my stall is looking CUTE! I am so excited to introduce these beautiful little ring holders, made with foraged blackthorn twigs whittled into whimsical little mushrooms. I found a big stick in my stick collection( a totally sane and normal thing to collect) and sliced it on my shiny new mitre saw to make the bases (you can definitely expect more wood-slice-based products in the future, I love my mitre saw 🤣) The mushrooms are set in with dowels and glue to make really sturdy little ring holders that will stand up to daily use. Perfect for adding a little enchanted forest vibe to your morning routine!

All set up at Middleport Pottery for the Middleport Artisan market! Finally got a proper display sorted for the cyanotypes, no more improvised stick constructions 😅 I’ll be here all weekend, tomorrow as well, it would be lovely to see you there!

Er mer gerd LOOK AT THESE! A friend brought me dried toads and I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever been happier 😂 These are SO COOL, I don’t even think I want to copper these, I’m thinking of maybe preserving them in resin instead, what do you think? If you wanna see these in person I’m at market until 3pm and I’d be DELIGHTED to show you 😂

Lovely Mitch from nabbed the big red deer skull this morning! Absolutely delighted it went to such a wonderful person, and even more excited that I’ll be able to visit my second favourite skull while I visit my favourite bookshop! My favourite skull is the one I’m using to keep my brain in, life would be quite difficult without it.
