I have a magnetic eye.....meaning that I am attracted to anything that is colourful or has a sparkle to it. I love shopping and accessorising to complement my dress. I began to notice that the dress jewellery was very similar from shop to shop, I didn't want to go out of an evening wearing what I thought to be a 'lovely' piece to find that somebody else was wearing the same items as me! I wanted t

o be 'individual' & wanted what I wore to be 'unique' - I couldn't find this anywhere else......so I decided to design and make my own individual & unique pieces. I have designed and made many pieces that I have worn when going out, safe in the knowledge, that nobody else will be wearing the same. I received many compliments and was asked where I had got the jewellery from.................this is where Bijoux uk began, taking orders for specific designs word of mouth soon spread and 'Voila' website was born! Bijoux design and make ONE piece of each design only, this can if required come with matching items, however, once sold there will NEVER be a reproduction of that piece/design. When you purchase and wear a Bijoux uk design- YOU are the ONLY person that will be wearing it. Bijoux pieces really are individual, ornamental, elegant and a truly 'one off' piece.

Our Story

Bijoux uk was established in 2012. Like most, I am attracted to anything that is colourful or has a sparkle to it. I used to love shopping and accessorising to complement my dress. I began to notice that the dress jewellery was very similar from shop to shop, I didn't want to go out of an evening wearing what I thought to be a 'lovely' piece to find that somebody else was wearing the same items as me! I wanted to be 'individual' & wanted what I wore to be 'unique' - I couldn't find this anywhere else......so I decided to design and make my own individual & unique pieces. Bijoux uk stared out making costume jewellery with non precious items. In 2014 I under took a Silversmithing course and began to make my own sterling silver jewellery using traditional silversmithing techniques. From here I set up my own workshop in the Staffordshire Moorlands. I also make with silver clay and in 2018 I expanded again to allow me to create glass fused/enamelled jewellery with my little kiln. Bijoux design and make ONE piece of each design only, this can, if required come with matching items, however, once sold there will NEVER be a reproduction of that piece/design. You may see similar, but each will remain unique. When you purchase and wear a Bijoux uk design- YOU are the ONLY person that will be wearing it.
