Custom Orders
Orders must be paid for in full when placed, invoices can be paid via Paypal or by card, and payment must be received before I start work on your item. Postage is charged at £1.50 per order as standard for order below £20 which can be sent Royal Mail Large Letter, orders over £20 will be sent Recorded Delivery, and the postage charge w
ill be £2.50. PLEASE NOTE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS ON PAYPAL IS CORRECT AND CURRENT. Replacements will not be sent if the address was incorrect. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided work has not started on it. If special supplies have been purchased for your order, but work has not started, you will be entitled to a refund minus the cost of the supplies. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order (Usually it’s much quicker!), all items are custom made, and I am working on my own, at times I am very busy and the wait time may be extended. I will always inform you of this. Please do let me know if you need your item by a specific date when placing your order. Dispatch times are ESTIMATES, although I always do my best to get orders made as quickly as I can. Please note with hand stamping there will be variations, and imperfections, this is all part of the handmade charm, a photo of your item will always be shown to you for your approval before the item is sent out. The same applies with Gemstones. No exchanges or refunds on personalised items, unless item/s are faulty. Faulty items will be repaired/replaced free of charge, at my discretion. Please ensure you contact me within 30 days of it being sent out to you. I always do my best to ensure my customers are happy, so please do contact me with any comments or queries. Please note I will use photo's of your item to promote my pieces on my page and any other website I choose, unless otherwise specified by you at the time of placing your order. If an item is a gift please let me know, and I will not share photo's until after the gift has been received by the recipient. Any phone numbers etc will of course be obscured from the picture. Please note - T&C's will be included in your invoice, by paying for your invoice you accept that you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
